Description of Action |
The City entered into lease financing agreements with TD Equipment for purchase of two new Fire ladder trucks. Subsequently, the City’s Fire services were merged with the County Sheriff’s BSO-Fire division.
To meet the lease terms while also allowing use of City ladder trucks by BSO-fire, a tri-party lease agreement has been developed by legal staff of : 1) TD Equipment, 2) BSO-fire and 3) City of Dania Beach.
The Administration recommends Commission approval of this tri-party equipment lease. |
